Priority Enrolment:-

At each year level, the applications for enrolment will be processed in the following order of priority:

• To preference applicants First Priority will be given for whom the school is reasonably convenient. Note 1 Within this priority group students are guaranteed enrolment unless including all of them would exceed the school’s maximum roll.
• All first or second priority applicants if including would exceed the school's maximum roll then for selection the criteria will be based, in sequence of the following categories:
• a. Will be given to children of Adventist Church Ministers.
• b. To children of Board of Trustee employees will be given.
• c. Will be given to members of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
• d. To preference applicants who are siblings of current pupils will be given.
• e. To preference applicants transferring from other Adventist schools will be given.
• f. Will be given to children of members of the Board of Trustees.
• g. To preference applicants who are siblings of former pupils will be given.
• h. Will be given to preference applicants who are children of former pupils.
• At any year level where the number of places available runs out within any of the category levels a. to f. above, based on the order in which the enrolment applications were received by the school the priority in each category will be assigned.
• At each year level the unsuccessful applicants will have their names recorded on a waiting list, within their relevant priority category, in the order of the date ranked in which the application was received by the school. At each year level the waiting list will remain current until the board next notifies the public that for new enrolment intake it is inviting applications.
• To non-preference applicants Second Priority will be given. Only if enrolment places remain after all preference applicants have been enrolled then the non-preference students will be enrolled, within 80% of the maximum roll the roll is not and the board judges that the non-preference students enrolment will not compromise its ability to offer places to preference students who for enrolment might apply at a later date. Among non-preference students the priority will be given to students who one or more of the following criteria they meet:
• a. Siblings of non-preference students already enrolled in the school.
• b. Enrolment is sought at Year 9.
• c. Proximity to the school.
• At any year level where the number of places available runs out within any of the category levels a. to f. above, based on the order in which the enrolment applications were received by the school the priority in each category will be assigned.
• At each year level the unsuccessful applicants will have their names recorded on a waiting list, within their relevant priority category, in the order of the date ranked in which the application was received by the school etc.
