Australian International School Application Process:-

Step 1: All required forms and documents the prospective students need to submit online and to be considered for admission pay a non-refundable Application Fee. In chronological order of receipt, the applications are considered. Individually and Independently each applicant is reviewed.

Step 2: The required forms and documents have been submitted and the Application Fee has been received, the application file will be reviewed by the Admissions Office and the appropriate school administration. More information, tests, or interviews may be requested. By email, families will be notified of the outcome.

Step 3: Payment of the facility fee must be paid within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the invoice when a place is offered and an email acceptance of a place has been received. If within 7 calendar days, the Facility Fee is not received, to other applicants priority will be given. The Medical Examination Form will need to be completed and to the student's start date returned prior.

• Please submit the following mandatory items as mentioned below to apply:
• 1. Completed online application for Admission.
• 2. Application Fee for each applicant.
• 3. Employment Letter of Guarantee (if applicable).
• 4. Photocopy of applicant’s passport.
• 5. Official transcripts or report cards for the current year and two years prior to current year level (if needed translated into English and certified).
• 6. Reference requests completed by a teacher from Prep to Year 12.
• a. Reference Request Form (Lower Elementary).
• b. Reference Request Form (Upper Elementary).
• c. Reference Request Form (Secondary).
• 7. Latest NAPLAN results, past 2 years transcripts, or other standardized achievement test – compulsory for students in Prep and above.
• 8. Photocopy of Singapore pass/visa.
• 9. Photocopy of applicant’s notarized Birth Certificate.
• 10. Photocopy of immunization record.
• 11. *Foreign-born children aged 12 years old and below, for the Dependant’s Pass (DP) or Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) who are applying, and by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) the Student’s Pass (STP) issued, to the Health Promotion Board (HPB) are required to submit documented proof of vaccination or evidence of immunity for verification. Before they proceed with their applications to MOM or ICA for long-term stay in Singapore they will have to do so. When renewing their pass or applying for a new pass the existing pass holders will not be subject to the requirements.
