Balnarring Primary School application requirements are as follows:

• If your child is enrolling in the Victorian government school system for the first time, you will need to fill out an enrollment form. This would most likely happen at Foundation (Prep). Your child's school is the only place this form should be used to request personal and health information.
• The following data and supporting documentation must be submitted: proof of identity and birthdate (passport or birth document, for example) Immunisation history statement; your contact information; emergency contact information; your child's health information (e.g., allergies or illnesses they must manage); any additional court orders pertaining to your child's care.
