Beaconhills College is an independent co-educational institution located in Berwick and Pakenham, Victoria, affiliated with the Anglican and Uniting Churches. Founded in 1982, the College offers a comprehensive educational journey from early learning through to Year 12. The governance of Beaconhills College is structured as a not-for-profit company under the Corporations Act of Australia, led by a Board of 12 directors with expertise in various fields, including corporate governance, finance, and health. This Board is responsible for guiding the College's strategic direction and ensuring adherence to governance standards while being accountable to the Members and the wider College community. Additionally, the Beacon of Hope Foundation, established in 2020, enhances the College's community service efforts by raising funds and awareness for local and international needs through its three dedicated funds: the Community Relief Fund, Scholarships and Bursaries, and the Building Fund. The Foundation is governed by its own Board of Directors and holds the status of a deductible gift recipient. Furthermore, Beaconhills College is an active member of the South Eastern Independent Schools Association (SEISA), engaging in a variety of inter-school competitions and events that span sports, arts, and academics.
