Beaumaris North Primary School was established in 1959 and is considered as pioneer in the field of education in the local area. Initially the school started with a student diaspora of 300 students and since then has grown tremendously. A series of rennovation and changes have made the school grow rapidly.

In 2009, BNPS was selected in Round One of the Australian Government’s Primary Schools for the 21st Century initiative, receiving $3 million to construct a state-of-the-art Senior Learning Centre. Additionally, the school secured $200,000 through the National School Pride program for refurbishing existing buildings. These enhancements have significantly improved the school’s learning environment and facilities.
