Belair Primary School opened for the first time in 1957. It was in 1997 that the Belair Junior Primary School was integrated with Belair Primary School. Since its inception year, the school has been catering to at least 500 students every year. The campus of the school is extremely large and comprises three different buildings. The staff of the school is carefully chosen and each member has a specific duty. All the teachers and the non-teaching staff members work together to provide best possible facilities and learning opportunities to students. Initially the school used to teach students up to year 7. However, since the integration of the junior and the primary school, students upto year 6 can take admission in the school.
The major values taught at the school include achievement, creativity, respect and responsibility. The aim of the school is to inculcate a sense of inquisitiveness among students so that they question things around themselves. The school also makes sure that proper help is given to each and every student so that they're able to achieve their best as per their capability.
