The Belrose Public School was established in 1948 with the aim to provide quality education to students while creating a happy and very secure environment. The idea of the school is to create a space where both parents and teachers work together for the betterment of students. The teaching staff at the school has always been top quality and students are acquainted with different types of programmes such as extra curricular activities as well as being given additional assistance with the learning process.

Belrose Public School has a history of celebrating both academic and non-academic achievements: Premier’s Spelling Bee: Students from Years 3 to 6 participate in this annual competition, showcasing their spelling skills at school, regional, and state levels.  Nanga Mai Awards: The school recognizes and celebrates innovation and excellence in Aboriginal education through participation in these annual awards organized by the Aboriginal Education and Communities Directorate.  K-2 Awards Day: An annual event where students’ achievements are celebrated, and performances are showcased, fostering a sense of accomplishment and community among younger students.
