On January 3, 1977, the school was founded. For over 20 years, Bendemeer Secondary School was located along the busy Serangoon Road until moving to its current location at 1 St. Wilfred Road. Since its inception in 1977, Bendemeer Secondary School has placed a major emphasis on character development, creating young people with strong values. In 2022, the school will celebrate its 45th year of preparing children for life and the future by providing them with a purposeful comprehensive education centered on their interests and skills. Its caring culture is visible in the great relationships its pupils have with their instructors, elders, peers, and community.
