Berwick Fields Primary School started in 2006 with a small family of 140 students. With the relentless pursuit of excellence, the family has grown to almost 930 students who currently study in the school in an environment where they are provided with equal opportunities and a very safe and secure place for growth and achievement. The school has been striving to build a community where everyone is motivated to do their best and at the same time help each other as it makes so much of a difference in everyone's progress.

Berwick Fields has effectively leveraged funding from the Tutor Learning Initiative to assist students in literacy and numeracy, enabling them to catch up on essential learning. Additionally, the school has engaged Primary Maths and Science Specialists to enhance its Numeracy curriculum further. The implementation of detailed attendance plans by the Wellbeing team has resulted in a significant decrease in the number of students experiencing over 20 days of absence, highlighting the success of their support strategies in promoting improved student engagement and attendance.

Berwick Fields has made significant strides in wellbeing and behavioral programs, particularly through the implementation of School Wide Positive Behaviours (SWPBS), which now includes a token system to reward positive actions. Additionally, the Rethink Program fosters accountability among students, emphasizing the importance of understanding the impact of their behavior on others. In terms of community and environmental engagement, the school has initiated sustainability projects such as the construction of an ECO-cubby and a science play area, both developed with student input. Moreover, fundraising efforts for local causes like the Moonlit Sanctuary further demonstrate their commitment to community involvement.
