1. 5 recent passport-size photographs of the child.

2. One copy of the child’s passport including valid residence permit.

3. One copy of both parents passport and Qatar ID. (Submit copy of both front and back of the ID)

4. A copy of Birth Certificate.

5. A copy of immunization Record (Entry for KG upto Grade 6 only)

6. A copy of child’s health card from KG1 and Above

7. A copy of Child’s Blood Group Certificate.

8. A copy of last grade Academic report.

9. A copy of the transfer Certificate from previous school.

10. TC and report card Should be Signed and attested by the previous school of the child coming from inside Qatar (From G02 and Above) Last year report card Should be attested by the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Qatar if the student coming from outside Qatar ( From G02 and above).
