School History & Details

Bethanga Primary School was established in 1877 and currently has around 32 students with the staff of four teachers. Although the community of the school is extremely small, the school teaches and inculcates in various experiences and learning among students through environmentally conscious standards. The campus of the school as well as all the other practices adopted at the school have always been eco-friendly. The school has made it to a point that students must be taught the importance of social and emotional learning from an early stage in life.

    • One of the major aspects of the value system of the school is to enhance the emotional intelligence of the student other than their mental and academic intelligence. Students are taught the importance of emotional and mental well-being from an early age that makes them responsible and caring individuals not just about themselves but for others as well. Teachers try to be as respectful to all the students as possible and that is how the students also learn how to follow proper ethical standards and code of conduct while in public.
