Birdwood High School, situated in the town of Birdwood in the Adelaide Hills, is a public high school that was established in 1909. Adjacent to Birdwood Primary School, the institution unveiled its exhibition center in 2013, which later became a recognized venue for the Adelaide Fringe, earning the prestigious BankSA Best Venue Award.

Achievements

SACE Success: In 2022, Birdwood High School celebrated a 100% completion rate for students enrolled in the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). Jessica Holder was recognized as the 2022 School Dux, exemplifying the school’s commitment to academic excellence.  Consistent Academic Performance: The school has demonstrated sustained academic growth, with notable improvements in Brightpath and PAT data, as well as an increase in A band results in SACE assessments.
