Birkdale State School application requirements are as follows:

  • Fill out an Education Queensland enrolling form for each child, indicating your agreement to media and internet usage as well as BYOD iPad use. You can apply online or pick up an enrolling packet from their school office.
  • Each child's original birth certificate, or, if the child was born abroad, their current passport and visa paperwork, for their staff to view,
  • If a child has attended another school, their most recent report card,
  • The required forms are available for download, or you may pick up copies from their school office,
  • You and your child(ren) will be scheduled for an interview with one of their Deputy Principals following the receipt and processing of the enrolment application.
