Established in the year 2000, Bodwell High School is an excellent English-medium, co-educational, university preparation boarding school. It provides the IB-MYP (International Baccalaureate- Middle Year Programme) curriculum for grades 8 to 10, as well as the BC (British Columbia) curriculum for grades 10 to 12. The school is located on the waterfront of North Vancouver, Canada, overlooking the Vancouver Harbour and City Centre. It offers students from Canada and other parts of the world a culturally diverse environment, as well as ongoing counseling from admission to post-secondary education.

    The Bodwell High School’s motto and slogan are "Strength in Diversity" and "Education for a Changing World" respectively. The school belives in providing career exposure along with studies.

Bodwell High School has won many academic excellence awards, including the Study Travel Magazine prize for 'STM Star High School Award' in 2014 and again in 2015. In June 2015, the school won the Excellence in International Education Marketing Award from the BCCIE.

Athletics experience in Bodwell school is one of the rarest experiences in British Columbia. The teams have won many championships competing as part of the North Shore Athletic Association (NSSAA) and the Greater Vancouver Independent School Athletic Association (GVISAA).
