Bradfield College, established in 1850 by Thomas Stevens and located in the village of Bradfield in the Berkshire countryside, has a longstanding reputation for being one of the top coed, independent schools in the nation and for offering a top-notch education. The Bradfield College accepts students from the UK and abroad. There are about 810 students enrolled, 320 of whom are girls and 490 of whom are males between the ages of 13 and 18. Boys and girls can enrol in Bradfield College starting in Year 9 at the age of 13 or older, and many more join the college's thriving and well-liked Sixth Form, where they can opt to pursue the IB or A Levels.
