Brassall State School

Brassall Provisional State School commenced operations on September 10, 1894. Subsequently, on July 10, 1899, the institution was rebranded as Brassall State School. Students are organized into year levels, ensuring the inclusion of those with special needs. The Special Education Unit plays a vital role in fulfilling this commitment, enhancing the richness and diversity of the educational experience. Additionally, the Instrumental Music Program stands out as a significant feature of the school, where a dedicated group of parents, skilled instructors, and enthusiastic students collaborate to create outstanding performance ensembles. The school's sports program, which includes inter-school competitions, contributes to the growth and development of the children. Furthermore, the active Parents & Citizens Association, supported by various parent subcommittees, plays a crucial role in the school community. The institution is consistently improving access to learning technology, featuring two computer laboratories and equipping every classroom with interactive whiteboards and data projectors to ensure that students remain connected to future advancements.
