The admission process is mentioned below Step-wise.

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Submit an inquiry online for information about the school, program fees, deadlines and culture.

Step 2: Apply

Create an account to fill the online application and apply.  Please note that applications are not considered complete until all the supporting documentation are received, and the non-refundable fee of $300 has been paid.

The Required Documents for the application are as follows:

a)    Proof of a student birth certificate in English.

b)    Proof of Citizenship (required for both students and parents)

Child’s Canadian passport or Canadian Citizenship Certificate; OR Canadian

immigration documentation (eg. Permanent Residency Card, Work Permit, Study

Permit), and current foreign passport.

• Canadian passport, or citizenship/immigration documents as outlined above for all

parents.

• Canadian birth certificates may be accepted where passports are not available.

c)     Child’s Previous Report Cards

• Most recent 2 years of report card from previous school (for students entering

Grades 1 – 12).

• Individual Education Plan (IEP) if applicable.

• Learning Support Report & any other documents/reports regarding your child if

applicable (eg. English Language Learning Reports, Psychological-Educational

Reports, relevant medical reports, etc.).

Step 3: Schedule Assessments

Students are required to participate in an entrance assessment to determine the applicant’s potential for success. Parents will also be invited to meet the admissions team for a personal interview.

Step 4: Decisions

Student selection is based on both academic and non-academic considerations.
