Important Information

The Bromsgrove International School Thailand fee details are as mentioned below:-

1. Application Fee: Before taking the admissions assessment CAT tests this is payable.

2. Enrollment Deposit: Upon acceptance of your child this is payable and before he/she is admitted to the school.

*When the child leaves the school the enrollment deposit will be refunded, provided that the one-term notice in writing of the intention to withdraw and no fees are outstanding the Headmaster has received - to the schedule below please refer. No refund will be given if the withdrawal notice is received by the school after the deadline.

3. Activities and Sundries Day Student Deposit: To purchase school items, and pay for academic day trips and other incidental costs, this deposit is used throughout the academic year.

Please note, for Reception to Year 13, during any academic year once the balance drops to THB 3,000, for the balance to be topped up to the full THB 10,000 capacity the finance department will invoice for THB 7,000.

For Pre-nursery & Nursery students, during any academic year once the balance drops to THB 2,000, for the balance to be topped up to the full THB 5,000 capacity the finance department will invoice for THB 3,000.

Please note, after the due date in the invoice if the Activities and Sundries Deposit balance has not been topped up to the full, the student cannot purchase school shop items, ECA, pay for academic trips, Academies, and other incidental costs.

In addition, during any academic term for several BIST Academics those students who register, for them, the Finance Department may consider invoicing for a higher Activities and Sundries Deposit balance of THB 25,000 (boarding students) and THB 15,000 (Day students). When this policy is applied the Finance Department will contact individual parents.

4. Activities and Sundries Boarding Student Deposit: To purchase school shop items, Boarding weekend trips, pay for academic day trips, hospital visits, additional transport costs, and other incidental costs, this deposit is used throughout the academic year. Please note, during any academic term once the balance drops to THB 5,000, for the balance to be topped up to the full THB 20,000 capacity the Finance Department will invoice for THB 15,000.

Scholarship

The Bromsgrove International School Thailand (BIST) offers scholarships for students in Thailand. BIST offers scholarships for:-

1. Secondary Academic (Years 7-11).

2. Sixth Form Academic (Years 12 & 13).

3. Golf (Years 5-13).

4. Music and Performing Arts.

BIST also offers scholarships for international students.

BIST accepts scholarship applications from the beginning of October until the end of February. Candidates may apply for more than one scholarship. Interviews and/or examinations are competitive.

BIST operates under a license granted by Bromsgrove School in Bromsgrove, near Birmingham, England. The two schools have close ties, including scholarships for Thailand students to study in the UK, etc.
