School History & Details

In 1974, twenty students were enrolled in Caroline Chisholm College, which was housed in an old church hall. The school first taught in army huts until moving to its current location in Glenmore Park in 1976. A thorough construction program was implemented during the 1980s, resulting in permanent structures for 600 students. Due to increased construction in the Glenmore Park region, the student population grew rapidly during the 1990s. The school underwent a reorganisation in 1997 to become a 7–12 college. With great achievement, the first HSC class graduated in 2000. Over the past 20 years, the institution has kept evolving, adding specialised facilities to serve the wide range of courses it offers.
