Caroline Chisholm College application requirements are as follows:

The enrolment application must include the following documents. A filled-out enrolment form must be submitted with a copy of the original paperwork. The school will need to see the original documents during the enrolment interview or as scheduled.
The student's passport-size photo,
Evidence of a home address, such as a current driver's license or a notification of council rates,
Certificate of Birth, Citizenship, Residency, or Visa (for a nation other than Australia),
Passports and visas for parents and children (if the student is not Australian),
recent school report based solely on years 3, 5, 7, and 9's NAPLAN results,
Sacrament certificates, such as those for baptism and confirmation, if any,
Certificate of Approval for Immunisations Special needs and evaluations for cognitive, speech, hearing, occupational therapy, and other areas (if appropriate),
Medical Action Plan for conditions including asthma and anaphylaxis.
