Chatsworth International School

To get admission to Chatsworth International School, students must apply by completing a registration form. The school will first review the student application, and if the students are eligible, they will receive a placement offer. For successful admission, the students must submit all the necessary documents and accept the offer.

• The photocopy of the child's birth certificate.
• The photocopies of parents' employment pass or guardian's NRIC and child's dependent pass, student pass or Singapore PR.
• The photocopies of the pictures pages of the parent's, child's and guardian's (if applicable) passports.
• The photocopy of the last two years' school reports issued for the child (all semester included). The school reports must be certified true copies from the child's previous school. If the school report is in another language than English, it will need to be officially translated and certified.
• The official transcripts for Year 10,11 and 12 students.
• If a child who has not received any school report, must provide copy work samples.
• Please provide the email address of the child's current principal for the school reference check.
