The Chinmaya Vidyalaya Admission Process includes Registration, Chinmaya Aptitude Entrance Test and Acceptance of Admission.

• Registration:-
• If your child wants to be a part of the Chinmaya family, so for this the first step would be is to fill the registration form and submit. Also, the school tour can be arranged and for this you have to contact the school.
• Chinmaya Aptitude Entrance Test:-
• By the school once the registration form is received, for the date of the Chinmaya Aptitude Entrance Test the school will contact you provided the seat for the grade applied is available.
• Before the entrance test, by Residents of India Rs.5100 needs to be deposited and by NRIs and Foreigners 100$. This is non-refundable etc.
• Acceptance of Admission:-
• The school will confirm admission based on the results of the Entrance test. To a child once the school offers admission, within two days of the offer for admission, a non refundable amount of Rs.21000 in case of resident Indians, US$1000 for NRI’s and US$1200 in case of foreigners will have to be deposited. The Admission Confirmation Form also needs to be submitted.
• The admission confirmation amount is non refundable.
• The Admission Confirmation Form download it and send it to the school at "[email protected]" etc.
• Admission Procedure:-
• Before 7th February following forms need to be submitted along with the necessary fees:
• 1. Original School leaving/Transfer certificate.
• 2. Report Card/Mark sheet of the previous class.
• 3. Six photographs of the child.
• 4. Identity Proof of the child and parents – Aadhar card/Passport for Indians, Passport for NRIs/Foreigners.
• 5. Original Birth Certificate for Nursery to Grade I admissions. In this case School leaving/Transfer certificate is not required.
• 6. Original Migration Certificate from the concerned board for Grade XI admissions.
• 7. For Grade X and XII, CBSE registration.
• 8. For NRIs and Foreigners only -
• a. From the local guardian letter of acceptance agreeing to be the guardian of the child during his/her stay at the school and during short leaves, vacations, and especially during emergencies accepting to take full responsibility and care of the child.
• Or
• b. Permitting the Principal or his representative to take all necessary action in case of an emergency, for this a letter of authority.
• 9. Admission Form, Registration Form, Personal Details Form, Medical Certificate, Rules and Regulations Form.
