Fee Structure for Resident Indians (Session 2024-2025)

For New Admissions Only (Non Recurring)

Nursery to XII

Registration Fees: INR 1,000.
Admission Fees: INR 20,000.

1. Uniform and Books on actual.

2. All fees is non refundable.

3. Defence Personnel: For the first year a fee concession of Rs.20,000 and in the subsequent years a concession of Rs.10,000 is offered to serving and retired defense personnel.

4. Special concessions: To war widows, BPL families and orphan kids, it can be extended at the discretion of the management. For the first year a concession of Rs.20,000 will be given to Himachal bonafide residents and single mothers and in the subsequent years a concession of Rs.10,000.

5. Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao: In the school's effort to support & strengthen the special initiative taken by their government for education of girls, on the tuition fees a discount of 10% is available for a girl child taking admission up to class VIII.

6. Weaker Disadvantage: Under Section 12 of RTE Act 2011 admission for 25% Weaker Section/Disadvantage Students (BPL/EWS).

7. Purely on availability of  a seat the discount policy is based.

8. No two discounts can be clubbed.

For the payment of fees the school follows certain timeline for new and existing students.

In case of late payment, a fine of Rs.100 per day will be charged starting from the due dates of payment.

Pocket Money:

1. At the time of admission, Rs. 20,000 is to be deposited.

2. As per actual spends by students the Pocket money and Miscellaneous expenses are used.

On actuals are the medical expenses and expenses on treks, tours and adventure camps.

Annual Fee (Recurring)

1. Nursery to Grade V: USD 5300.
2. Grade VI to Grade VIII: USD 5500.
3. Grade IX to Grade X: USD 5700.
4. Grade XI to Grade XII: USD 6000.

Scholarship

To outstanding students Scholarship of Rs.20,000 is offered in the year of admission based purely on their academic performance of previous class and entrance test marks at Chinmaya.

To meritorious students Special scholarship being offered based purely on their performance in Board Result in Grade X for the academic session 2024-2025.

Students scoring > 95% aggregate – For full year in Class XI, 50% discount on Tuition fee components.

Students scoring > 90% and <95% aggregate – For full year in Class XI, 25% discount on tuition fee.
