There are four steps to Christian Alliance International School Admissions and those steps are as mentioned below:-

• Step 1: Submission of application
• Please read these guidelines, before you start:
• 1. As per the "Application Checklist" collect together the supporting documents required.
• 2. For 2024 to 2025 apply online. Any fields entered by you will be automatically saved. Again you can login and complete it later.
• 3. Follow the instructions to print the form after you have completed it and pressed submit.
• 4. By postal mail send the completed form to the Admissions Office, along with the supporting documents, as per the Application Fee Cheque, and Application Checklist.
• a. Preparatory to Grade 3: $1,500.
• b. Grade 4 to Grade 12: $1,800 etc.
• Step 2: Admissions assessment and interview
• If seats are available, for an admissions assessment and student interview the applicant will be scheduled. To the applicant an email invitation will be sent prior to the scheduled date. On the assessment day the Application Fee will be processed. By one parent or guardian the applicant should be accompanied to the assessment. Here cash is not accepted. Please make cheque payable to "CAIS" etc.
• Step 3: Admissions decisions
• Within 30 days the parents will be notified of the admissions decision in writing. The admissions requirement if the applicant fulfills but vacancy is not available, for one academic year the applicant will be placed in the Wait Pool. For one academic year only the assessment results are valid. By CAIS Admissions Office until the Student Reference Form (for Secondary students only) is received the acceptance will not be offered.
• Step 4: Enrollment and registration
• Once the Individual Capital Note or Annual Capital Levy payment is paid by the designated date then the placement will be confirmed. For the applicants admitted into Grade 7 to Grade 12 a Chinese placement test will be arranged, prior to the first day of school. Into Grade 11 to Grade 12 the new students who are admitted, prior to their first day of school they are required to submit their official transcripts. For course selection purpose they may have to present a mid-term transcript. From the General Office Registration Package will be sent out before the summer break. Before the first day of school New Parent and Student Induction Meeting will be scheduled.
