City Harbour International School

The City Harbour International School Admission Process:

• 1. Application
• For their children to apply formally to join the school, together with the Application Fee of RM 500.00 the parents submit an Application Form.
• 2. Assessment
• For admission the school assesses candidates to check that for them the curriculum and pace of learning are appropriate and that to be happy and thrive in the school they have the potential, towards its community contributing co-operatively. Three parts the assessment covers etc & few more.
• 3. Offers
• Within 3 working days of the assessment the results will be released. However there are four possible outcomes of the assessment etc & few more.
• 4. Acceptance
• Within seven days by completing an Admission Agreement, Insurance Form and submitting a birth certificate, passport and/or identity card copy, if applicable. As this time equal to one term's course fee a deposit is made.

• 1. Student's passport-size photograph (4 copies).
• 2. Student's birth certificate (1 copy).
• 3. The past year full school report copy and from the last 3 years any other academic records.
• 4. Student's Identity Card/MyKid (1 copy).
• 5. Father's identity card (1 copy).
• 6. Mother's identity card (1 copy).
• 7. As per Fee Schedule Application Fee (non-refundable).
• 8. Father's Passport-size photograph (2 copy).
• 9. Mother's Passport-size photograph (2 copy).
• International Student
• 1. Student's passport-size photograph (4 copies).
• 2. Student's birth certificate (Translated copy & endorsed by Embassy).
• 3. The past year full school report copy and from the last 3 years any other academic records.
• 4. Student's passport & latest visa page (1 copy).
• 5. Father's passport & Passport-size photograph (1 copy).
• 6. Mother's passport & Passport-size photograph (1 copy).
• 7. Parent's marriage certificate/divorce certificate.
• 8. As per Fee Schedule Application Fee (non-refundable).
