City School, one of three educational facilities operated by READ, R Education and Academic Development, the education division of R Holding, opened its doors in 2017. It is situated in the Al Tallah 2 neighbourhood of Ajman. By opening City University College of Ajman in 2012, READ entered the Ajman educational market (CUCA). H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the head of the school's board of trustees, is the owner of the business. In September 2020, City American School, a third educational facility, will debut.
