Crescent school, Chennai

The Crescent School opened in July 1968 at a rented building on Harrington Road in Chetpet, Chennai. There were only fifty students registered at the start. The school was only relocated to its current location, the Seethakathi Estate near Vandalur, Chennai, on July 19, 1971. The school, in a beautiful environment, provides several opportunities for students to improve their inherent gifts, physical endurance, and spiritual development. The Seethakathi Trust Members' generosity, compassion, and foresight have helped the school expand quickly from its humble origins to a fully operating institution. Crescent School is a 56-year-old educational school operated by the Seethakathi Trust. Crescent School expanded from its humble beginnings in 1968 to become a respected Matriculation Higher Secondary School, recognized by the Central Government as a CBSE school, and an IGCSE school connected with Cambridge University, a worldwide recognized university. Crescent School raises every student using the State, CBSE, and International Cambridge IGCSE curricula, all while maintaining a laser-like focus on learning knowledge and skills.
