In CPS admissions the parents interested can follow the three simple steps to get their child registered.

Step 1: To visit the campus the school requests parents and fill the registration form.

Step 2: For the assessment the school will send an appointment letter, once the form is filled and submitted.

a. For KG-1 & KG-2 the entrance exam will be a group assessment.

b. For Grade 1 and above, the entrance assessment will test knowledge in core subjects: Mathematics, Arabic and English. At this stage an interview will also be conducted.

The placement of the student will be determined by the result of this assessment. About the decision the school formally informs the parents.

Step 3: When the applicant successfully gets admission, to complete the remaining registration process he/she will be invited.

Along with the registration form parents need to submit the mandatory documents as mentioned below:

a. Student’s Emirates ID card and a photocopy.

b. Original Emirates ID card and a photocopy of both parents.

c. Recent passport size photograph of the student.

d. Student’s passport copy with valid residency visa (for expats only).

e. Photocopy of birth certificate.

f. Family book (for UAE nationals only).

g. Copy of vaccination card.

h. Continuing study letter from the previous school or nursery with student SIS No. in any school before if the student was registered.

i. Completed Student Information form from the last school.

j. For transfers within the UAE, the student’s final report card and Transfer Certificate, including the SIS number of the student from his/her previous school must be stamped by the Education Zone.

k. For schools outside the UAE, a student’s final report card and Transfer Certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Consulate in the country where the school is located.
