At the Dalton School Hong Kong, to enrol or to apply, the following documents are required as mentioned below:-

• Applicant’s Documents:
• 1. Applicant’s Photo.
• 1.1. Photo for travel document within three months (clean background).
• 2. Applicant’s Birth Certificate.
• 3. Applicant’s HKID Card (if applicable).
• 4. Applicant’s 1st Passport (Page with photo).
• 5. Applicant’s Valid Visa/Permit Pages issued by HK Immigration.
• 6. Applicant’s 2nd Passport (Page with photo) (if applicable).
• 6.1. If the applicant has more than one passport, please provide copies of additional passports.
• 7. Applicant’s Recent School Report 1.
• 8. Applicant’s Recent School Report 2.
• 8.1. For those Applying G3 or above, please submit at least two school reports.
• 9. Relevant documentation of Psycho-educational assessments/Special Education Services/other related assessments (if applicable).
• 10. Other Supporting Documents (if applicable).
• Parents/Guardians’ and Other Documents:
• Identification documents to show Parents/Guardians valid residence status in Hong Kong.
• 1. Parents/Guardians’ HKPRID Card (if applicable).
• 2. Parents/Guardians’ Passport (Page with photo).
• 3. Parents/Guardians’ Valid Visa/Permit Pages issued by HK Immigration.
• 4. A copy of Capital Note Certificate (CCN or ICN) (if applicable).
• 5. Student Reference Form completed by current teacher's is required for Grade 7 & above applications, transfer applications and any cases deemed to be complementary to the applications. Completed form to be emailed directly to "[email protected]" from the current school before the interview scheduled.
