Age Criteria:

Passport-Sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
Proof of Residence: Valid proof of residence, such as utility bills, rent agreement, or Aadhaar card.
Parent Identification Proof: Copies of identification documents of parents/guardians such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, or passport.
