Application Requirements

  • 1. Learners’ & Guardians’ Identification Documents.
  • 2. Learners’ Birth Certificate’s Copy.
  • 3. Financial Clearance Certificate / Letter from previous school.
  • 4. School Leaving Certificate / Acceptance of the Learners’ Withdrawal from previous school.
  • 5. Transfer request on Noor system & Learners’ Noor System File from previous school including full record from first year of education (only for those previously enrolled in a school in KSA).
  • 6. Series of Report Cards from KG to last grade completed
  • 7. Vaccination & Medical Certificates – All learners joining Dome from abroad have to present their full medical checkup report from a known hospital. These reports need to be stamped by the concerned hospital and attested by Ministry of Health for validity.
  • 8. For learners coming from overseas; an Equivlency Card needs to be filled and approved from Admissions & Examinations Office in Riyadh that works under the directorate of Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • 9. Learners’ Enrollment Contract has to be signed by all parents. It has the following sections:
  • a) Learners’ Responsibility b) Parents’ Responsibility c) Fees policy d) Withdrawal Policy e) Enrollment Contract
