The Drogheda Grammar School is a private, Irish co-educational, multi-denominational boarding and day school in Drogheda, County Meath, Ireland. It was founded in 1669 by Erasmus Smith as a boys' boarding school and has been co-educational for over 50 years. The school's motto is Floreat (Flourish), which means "Every individual is of value and has something to contribute". It has a transgender safe space, gender-neutral restroom, wheelchair-accessible entrance, and wheelchair-accessible parking lot. The school is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Saturday and Sunday etc.

Achievements

The Drogheda Grammar School has many academic achievements, including:- 1. In 2020, 100% of students at the school progressed to third-level education. 2. In 2021, the school's Minor girls team won the Division A title. 3. In 2021, Form 5 student Caer Ní Ghibne won the Leinster 1500m race and will represent the school in the All Ireland Tailteann games, etc.

The Drogheda Grammar School has academic, sporting, and extra-curricular achievements. In 2021, Cara Donnelly, a student at the school, became the first to join the U16 Leinster hockey team. Of the John Owens Shield, Sarah Louise Finnegan was the winner. By Matthew Horkan the Grattan Plate was won. Dónal O'Byrne was named the DGS Board of Management Student of the Year etc.
