Dubai British School, Jumeirah Park

The admission process of the Dubai British School, Jumeirah Park, has three major steps and those are as mentioned below.

Step 1: As soon as the parents download the application form, the application process starts, which the parents/guardians need to submit the duly completed form online and once the filled application form have been sent, a confirmation email detailing step 2 on the ID provided on the form, will be received.

Step 2: The details of the supporting documents necessary to move forward with the application or registration process, will be provided by the school through email and also, a onetime non-refundable registration fee is to be paid by the parents. The documents include are as mentioned below.

PS: a. Six recent passport-size photographs of the child.
b. Two copies of the child’s birth certificate in Arabic or English (Certificates in other languages need to be translated and attested by your embassy or consulate).
c. Two copies of the child’s passport and residence visa.
d. One copy each of the parent or guardian’s passport and residence visa.
e. One copy each of the child and parent/guardian’s Emirate ID (both sides).
f. A recent copy of the child’s medical record and vaccination card.
g. A copy of the child’s most recent stamped and signed school report on the school letterhead.
h. If applicable, one copy of the educational assessment, diagnostic test and psychological assessment.
i. Application fee of AED 525 including 5% tax (non-refundable).
j. Transfer Certificate.

The scanned documents can either be mailed or its hard copies can be submitted to the school's admissions department.

Step 3: An email confirming the assessment test day and date, will be received by the parents after submitting the mandatory documents. The test will be conducted by the teachers and the admissions department. A fee is to be deposited to reserve a seat, after assessing and offering an acceptance letter.

Debenture (A long-term security yielding a fixed rate of interest, issued by a company and secured against assets): The corporate debentures are entertained by the school by invitation. The available school place can be reserved by the companies and can receive priority during the placement in DBSJP or any other Taleem Foundation schools and pre-schools.
