1. A copy of the applicant’s passport along with the UAE entry stamp and/or residency page. 

2. A copy of parents’ or legal guardian’s passports along with the UAE entry stamp and/or residency page. 

3. Copies of the last 2 years’ Final Reports (for all candidates applying for admission into Year 1 and above). 

4. Five recent passport-size Photographs of the applicant (on photographic paper and with a white background). 

5. Two Passport copies with Valid Visa page, of the applicant and both the parents. 

6. Three copies of valid Emirates ID of the applicant and both the parents. 

7. Two copies of Birth Certificate of the applicant. 

8. Two copies of Health Record (Immunization Card) of the applicant. 

9. Original Passport and Birth Certificate for verification (residents of some countries must produce an attested copy of the same). 

10. Original School Health Record from the last school attended by the applicant (for the students transferring from other schools in U.A.E). 

11. A copy of the latest marksheet of the applicant (1st Term or End of Year marksheet, whichever applicable). 

12. Valid School Leaving Certificate (SLC)/Transfer Certificate (TC) 

a) For students coming from schools in Dubai: Original SLC is required to be submitted. 

b) For students coming from other Emirates in the UAE: Original SLC/TC must be attested by the erstwhile Education Zone. 

c) For students coming from GCC countries: No attestation is required for the TC/SLC but KHDA approval is required for students coming from Qatar. 

d) For students coming from other Arab or Asian countries: The SLC/TC should be attested by the respective country’s Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Consulate in that country. 

e) For students coming from UK, USA, Canada and Australia: Reports and letters should be attested by the erstwhile school of the applicant. 

NOTE: If the last school attended by the applicant is not accredited on KHDA List, TC and/or SLC should be attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Consulate, as mentioned above.
