NOTE: Transfer Certificates need to be attested as per the following:

(i) Students coming from GCC countries: School Transfer Certificate to be attested by the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION of the previous country of residence.

(ii) Students coming from NON-GCC countries: School Transfer Certificate as well as previous year's report card to be attested by the MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS and the UAE EMBASSY (located in the country you are departing from).

(iii) Students coming from the USA, Canada, Australia, and Western Europe: School Transfer Certificate to be stamped and signed by the school principal.

• A copy of the child’s passport
• A copy of the child’s emirates ID
• A copy of the child’s last year report card
• A copy of any diagnostic testing or educational assessment and/or any psychological assessments (if applicable)
• A completed candidate reference form completed and stamped by the previous school (document provided by EPS)
• Two student photographs (passport size)
• Physical presentation of ID card and paper copy (student and parents)
• Copy of the end of year school report
• Copy of the passport (main information page only – student and parents)
• Copy of Family Book (Emirati students only)
• Household electricity bill (if there has been a recent change to the home address)
• Completed Medical Form (provided by previous school)
• Birth certificate
• 1Vaccination Record
• Sequence of studies (if changing curriculum)
• Study leave (if coming from government schools)
• Recommendation letter
• MOE approval (for G12 in some cases)
• Attested Transfer Certificate
