English Modern Kindergarten

Admissions Procedure:-

For students aged 3 to 18, the English Modern School Network is a co-educational school, representing over 55 nationalities. The Cambridge International Curriculum all schools follow in their Primary and Secondary divisions.

A hands-on program with standards the KG1 & KG2 year levels follow that prepare learners for the Cambridge Primary program. In the Primary Schools, in Years 1 through 6, the Cambridge Primary program is followed.

1. Before you start your application, kindly prepare the following documents:

a. Copy of the Student’s Passport & Qatar ID.

b. Recent Passport-size Photo.

c. Copy of the Student’s Birth Certificate.

d. Copy of Immunizations Card.

e. Copy of Student’s Health Card.

f. Copy of the Father’s Passport and QID.

g. Copy of the Mother’s Passport and QID.

h. Acknowledgement and Agreements.

i. Medical declaration form.

j. Further Information Supporting Transition.

2. Go to (https://www.englishmodernschool.net/_downloads/application-form-emkg.html), complete and submit the online application provided.

3. You will receive an acknowledgment email once you complete the online application, that email will be sent to the email address you provided when submitting the online application.

4. Your Child's name will be placed on the waiting list once you submit the online application.

5. According to seat availability and the EMKG priority policy the students will be accepted. EMKG Alumni and Siblings will have priority. Therefore, make sure that in the application you tick the field of sibling.

6. During the first week of March the school will review the applications of KG1 students to schedule the interview. As it depends on the available vacancies for the other year levels. In their school, if they can offer your child a place, to schedule an appointment for the entrance examinations they will contact you. Please note that for their current students, the family has to settle any outstanding fees before the application of their sibling is considered.
