Fee Details:-
The Registration Fee of 1,138 QR is a non-refundable and non-transferrable one-time fee i.e. upon receiving an acceptance email is payable.
Seat Reservation Fees for EMS Students: During March an amount of 2,276 Qatari riyals is paid to reserve a seat for the next academic year. of the 1st term fees, this amount is a part.
Extra Fees: With the Term 1 Fees the Extra Fees are due; once the academic year starts the amount is non-refundable. It includes the Stationery, Books, Materials, Online Resources used throughout the year, Activities, Trips and outings, Classroom Resources, and Extra resources needed.
Tuition Fee: In full the parents have to pay the term fees required, even if less than a full term the student attended. To abide by the dates of the payment mentioned below the parents are responsible. By Credit Card or Debit Card, the payment can be made at the school campus or through their online portal (https://payments.englishmodernschool.net).
Bus Fee: If the student is willing to use the school bus, an amount of 2,276 QR per term is due.
Withdrawal & Refund of Fee: For all the students leaving EMKG, before the commencement of the school terms the parents should give the school four weeks of written notice of withdrawal. From the admission office the withdrawal notice can be obtained or from the school website can be downloaded. To the Admission Office, the latter must be submitted via email or in person. Please note that on the Ministry of Education's system, the student's name will not be transferred and the official documents will be provided, such as the leaving certificates or recommendation, and transcripts, from the finance, and Library once a clearance has been obtained.

Year Group - KG1 & KG2.
Term 1, Term 2 & Term - 7,947.
Extra Fees - 1,138.
Tuition Payment Due Dates:
Term 1 & Extra Fees - 20 August 2023.
Term 2 - 19 November 2023.
Term 3 - 10 March 2024.
For the four weeks' notice failure to abide, the refund policy is as follows:-
Term 1 Deadlines:
a. Withdrawal - During the 1st month of
the academic year.
Dues - The number of days attended will be
paid or Seat Reservation fee, the higher amount will be charged.
b. Withdrawal - After the 1st month of
the academic year.
Dues - For the 1st term full fee.
Term 2 Deadlines:
a. Withdrawal - Before the 2nd term commencement.
Dues - 70%.
b. Withdrawal - After the 2nd term commencement.
Dues - For the 2nd term full fee.
Term 3 Deadlines:
a. Withdrawal - Before the 3rd term commencement.
Dues - 70%.
b. Withdrawal - After the 3rd term commencement.
Dues - For the 3rd term full fee.
For admission testing over other applicants, their students' siblings have a priority, provided that all the admission requirements they meet as outlined in the admission policy and procedures; therefore, only for the EMS students' siblings an admission period is scheduled before admission is open to the other students. However, all the students will be given equal chances for admission, once the initial sibling registration period is over.
