School History & Details

Established in September 2011, Forest House Waldorf School was created by three founding families who had a dream of establishing the first government-registered primary school in Hong Kong.  It is a charitable organization that promotes Waldorf education in Hong Kong. In July 2016, the school received its permanent license. The school aims to develop every student into a creative, imaginative, responsible, compassionate, and independent citizen who will make a positive contribution to the community. The school improves its education by providing an alternative to conventional education and curriculum. It also offers an innovative approach to education which strives to produce a new generation that incorporates physical, spiritual, and mental health.
