  • 2. One copy of duly completed ICA e-Form 16 & V36
  • 3. Passport-sized photograph with a white background
  • 4. Photocopy of the applicant's travel document page showing his/her full particulars, any essential information, and the expiry date
  • 5. Photocopy of original birth certificate (notarized copy)
  • 6. Photocopy of applicant's certified/notarised copy of education results/certificates and transcripts (showing detailed results)
  • 7. Photocopy of documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statement / fixed deposit/savings accounts
  • 8. Parent's letter of employment or business registration certificate if parents are self-employed
  • 9. Employment letters of the applicant (if any; printed on company letterhead, stating designation, salary, and duration of work with a company
  • 10. For applicants transferred from other schools in Singapore, a photocopy of the student pass or notification for cancellation of student pass, visit pass, and embarkation form.
