The Bin Fadel Group is a well-known industrial conglomerate that promotes the expansion of the UAE, and it includes the Future Leaders International Private School. It is an American school in Abu Dhabi that educates students from kindergarten to grade twelve. It follows the curriculum in the United States, which is based on Virginia State Standards, Next Generation Science Standards, and Advanced Placement (AP) requirements. Mr. Saif Mubarak Fadel Al Mazrouei, creator of FLIPS and Bin Fadel Group, is an inspiration to the school. It was founded in response to ADEK's 2020 Master Plan and Abu Dhabi's 2030 Economic Strategy, to increase students' global knowledge, leadership potential, and communication abilities.
