In 2017, Garden City British School (GCBS), a school with a British curriculum, began operations in Al Ain. Jaana Wilkko, the school's principal, is in charge. For a school that had only been open for one full academic year, GCBS got a very commendable rating of Good during the ADEK's initial inspection in February 2019.

Victory as the GCBS team takes home the 2nd place in the ADEK Cup 2022/2023 GCBS teachers have been awarded the Teacher Award for Enthusiasm and Commitment to Motivating Others by our outstanding Principal, Ms. Caroline Bell. Shutout to the incredible efforts of Mr. Islam who led our team to a well-deserved third place in the ADEK CUP.
