Students at Garden International School have received praise, recognition as "Top in Thailand," and recognition as "Top of the World" more than fifteen times in the last several years. GIS students received two of the 27 most desired Top Students in Thailand for Coordinated Science and World Literature at IGCSE in 2018–19. Furthermore, 20% of GIS IB students received a score of 40+ out of 45 on their IB assessment, which is higher than the global average of 9.8%.
