The Admission process at the OOEHSG starts with filling up the online inquiry form by giving the necessary and required information after successful submission the school will send a confirmation message to your registered email id/phone number for further process if the required Grade has a vacant seat. The Admission is granted based on the student’s academic performance or Entrance Test/assessments/interview.

Documents Required for Admission:

• 1) Attested Pass Certificate & the final result of the last grade attended. (not applicable for KG1, KG2 & Grade 1)
• 2) Admissions for all grades (including KG1, KG2 & Grade 1) will require a duly attested Transfer Certificate TC, the previous grade’s final result, and the first term / periodic test result of the current class after the 31st of May.
• 3) Attested Pass Certificate & final result of the last two grades for registration in Grade 11 and Grade 12.
• 4) Birth certificate of the student in English/Arabic. (Two copies)
• 5) Student Immunization Certificate (Two copies)
• 6) Three copies of the student’s valid passport (minimum six months validity).
• 7) Two copies of the Emirates ID card of the student (minimum 6 months validity).
• 8) A copy of the parent’s valid passport.
• 9) A copy of the Emirates ID Card.
• 10) Student’s recent passport-size photograph (four pieces)
