Application Requirements

  • 1) Four copies of the student’s passport with a valid UAE visa.
  • 2) Three copies of the student’s birth certificate (in English or Arabic) original must be attached for verification.
  • 3) Five recent photographs of the student (size 6×4 cm)
  • 4) One Copy of the Emirate Id card of the student and parents
  • 5) One Copy of the mark sheet of the previous exam passed at the previous school (only applicable for grade 1 and above)
  • 6) Original vaccination card and one copy.
  • 7) Original Emirates ID card of student and parents (It will be returned after scan)
  • 8) Those applying to Grade 2 and above need to submit the last school’s original transfer certificate/school leaving certificate. (Duly attested)
  • 9) Students Coming from India The original Transfer Certificate should be original, and it should also be verified by the Education officer of the Zone/District/Area of the school. For ICSE and CBSE students, the transfer certificates should be attested by the relevant board. The seal and signature of the Education Officer should be attested by the Indian Consulate of Dubai, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dubai/Sharjah-UAE should have also attested the T.C.
  • 10)n For Students coming from Gulf countries other than the UAE and Oman, the original Transfer Certificate has to be attested by the following Indian Consulate in that country, the Local Education Ministry of that country, the External Affairs Ministry of that particular country U.A.E. Consulate or Embassy in that particular country has to attest it
  • 11) For Students Coming from Oman Students coming from other emirates except Dubai have to submit the original Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate of the last attended school, duly attested by the Ministry of Education of that emirate, Students coming from schools in Dubai have to apply for the Transfer Certificate from the previous school and it will be transferred online, All admissions from KG to Grade XII done after 15th June require a studying/ discontinued T.C. which is valid for only 30 days from the last date of attendance.
