The GEMS students (girls) have the unique opportunity to apply for the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Award for Excellence. Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mubarak Al Nahayan (UAE Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology), the award is presented to the girls attending the GEMS schools across the Middle East.
To the female students this scholarship is offered that have proven themselves as global citizens. Outstanding leadership qualities the students have to exhibit as well as exceptional academic achievements to be eligible for the award.
