GEMS World Academy is serving the population of Al Barsha South since 2008, GWA is a private co-educational school from KG to Grade 12. GEMS world academy was designed to be “The Premium” school to offer IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum and also the first within emirates to be authorized by IBO. GEMS World Academy is highly diverse school offering 92 nationalities. Currently the school is home to 1,551 students on roll. GWA supports students of determination and students with special gifts and talents, it has 289 students registered under SEN requirement.
