The goal of Glendowie School is to give every student, especially those with specific learning needs, the greatest possible learning support. The school offers a variety of specialized programs that help those who meet our resource requirements and who are most in need overcome obstacles to learning. The Ministry of Education and locally produced monies from the Board of Trustees provide funding for these programs.Our learning support programs are overseen by our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Learning Support Coordinator, who can be reached via the school office. Parents whose children are enrolled in special needs programs are notified in writing and given the chance to voice any concerns they may have.
