Grace International School (GIS) has five core values:

Following Jesus: Grace International School is a Christian school, and its core values are based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Grace International School strives to create a learning environment where students can grow in their faith and learn to follow Jesus in all areas of their lives.

Partnering with Parents: Grace International School believes that parents are the primary educators of their children, and the school strives to partner with parents to provide their children with the best possible education. Grace International School offers a variety of resources and support to parents, and it encourages parents to be involved in their children's education.
Enabling International Christian Workers: Grace International School was founded to provide a high-quality education to the children of international Christian workers serving in Southeast Asia. The school is committed to enabling international Christian workers to continue their mission work without having to worry about the education of their children.
