Application Requirements

  • 1. Obtain a prospectus, registration form, and information flyer either by attending an open event, requesting a school tour or directly from the school.
  • 2. Plan a visit to Gracefield Preparatory School. This provides an opportunity to see the school during its regular operations, meet with the Headteacher, and receive a Registration Pack.
  • 3. Register your child by completing a registration form and paying a non-refundable registration fee of £100. Confirmation of registration will be provided after receipt of the completed form. Note that available places are given to children in the order of their registration.
  • 4. Participate in a taster day where your child can join the peers in their group to participate in the day's lessons and activities.
  • 5. Once registered, a Welcome Pack will be given containing essential information and a Home/School Agreement that must be signed and returned.
  • 6. Gracefield Prep implements a 'buddy' system to assist in your child's transition to the new school environment. This system involves pairing your child with another student from their peer group who helps guide and settle them during their first few days at the school.
