Application Requirements

  • 1) One photocopy of the student’s passport with the valid UAE visa
  • 2) Three recent passport-size photographs of the student
  • 3) One copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
  • 4) A copy of the student’s Emirates ID
  • 5) A photocopy of the original Mark Sheet of the last examination passed at the previous school of the student (required for Grade 2 students and onwards).
  • 6) From Grade 2 onwards, students need to submit the Original Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate as per the guidelines given below:
  • * For schools outside the UAE, the Transfer Certificate (in English) must be:
  • a) Attested and signed by the District Education Officer (for State / Matriculation Schools) / Zonal or Regional Officer (for CBSE / ICSE schools)
  • b) Attested by The UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin
  • c) The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • d) For schools within the UAE, students are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, attested by the Ministry of Education for the Emirate (for those other than Sharjah Zone Schools).
